My childhood was full of those moments, and I’ve always carried them with me.

Glimpses of ancient Roman monuments, imposing cathedrals and frescoes, domes flanked by mischievous cherubs, stern statues and streets boasting with palatial mansions.

These are the memories that triggered a thriving passion for colour, shape and texture......a sweet orchestra for the eye!

About Elisa

I take a ‘graphic’ approach to design. Graphics are nothing else but visuals that convey something specific and are composed in a way that is definite and clear.

Architecture, photography can be very graphic and so can fashion and interiors - my wardrobe and my house are a proof of that.

If I make a statement with a pattern, a colour, I don’t want it simply to be ‘loud’, I want it to be sophisticated and smart as well as very personal. Space, light, client’s taste and belongings should always influence the design choice. It is often too easy to assemble a room sticking rigidly to current interior trends and established style rules in which everything matches.

Much harder though, is trying to ‘concoct’ a space in which nothing does but everything makes a beautiful sense all together. I gravitate towards rooms that thrill, seduce and surprise, where elegance, individuality and comfort combine to form .......the perfect symphony!
